Ryan managed our Global Web Enablement project onsite in Germany. He was very proactive working as a liason between our international customers and our Walnut Creek development team. His work on-site made all of our jobs easier and he provided a clear direction for our team. Ryan was a very dedicated manager and did an excellent job for Vodafone.

I have worked with Ryan on multiple projects over the last few years and every time, I have really enjoyed the experience. I reported to Ryan during the summer of 2006, during which time I was an MBA marketing intern at Yahoo! Inc. From our initial phone interview, I could sense Ryan's sincerity and what I can only call immense energy level. Once I arrived at Yahoo!, I was witness to Ryan's passion for his work and indeed, the amount of optimism and drive he brought to work every day.

I recall telling Ryan at the end of my internship that his tirelessness and positivity day in, day out inspired me to give 110% of my energy as well. Ryan's department was starved for finances, and yet, as a team, we pushed ahead and achieved great results. In addition, I felt that Ryan was completely dedicated to my growth at Yahoo! and my career beyond, making him one of the two best managers I have had. In fact, I received some of the most astute professional evaluation on my work that I have ever received in my career, which is directly correlated to the fact that I am now an entrepreneur launching a business.

In summary, I can hardly imagine anyone I would want more on my marketing or management team than Ryan, as I would have a guarantee of an indefatigable work ethic and impeccable human values.

I will recommend Ryan any day! Ryan has an untraditional background of startup + big company experience, and he certainly knows how to get stuff done on a shoestring budget. An astute marketer and product visionary, Ryan certainly understands how the different parts of the business fit together: how social media activities augment marketing and branding, how important product partnerships are key to winning in a space. With a bias for action, Ryan loves to out-innovate the competition, and in the social media monitoring industry, that's definitely a tall order.

In addition to marketing, while at Biz360, Ryan was instrumental in driving important product decisions and being able to involve key players and user community in prioritizing items on the product roadmap. In lieu of a product leader, he fulfilled that role at Biz360, in addition to his regular marketing duties.

Ryan is one of those people who "gets it" in terms of marketing, engineering, product, social media and management, so he can easily facilitate and "translate" between all these groups. And just as importantly, he is one of the nicest and most genuine people I've had the pleasure of knowing, and probably my favorite boss I ever had.
