Let me tell you in a short description my steps of improving conversion:
The main purpose will be increasing sales.
First we need to hear the voice of the customer.
Second, we need to implement tools, I will suggest Hotjar because it has heatmapping, surveys, recordings, user testing and scenarios.
After that there is the setup process: Questions for surveys, seting up heatmaps for landing pages or aquisition pages and setting up recordings on specific pages.
GA (Google Analytics) data review for confirmation.
Developing hypothesis based on gathered data from GA and Hotjar
Building wireframes. UX wireframes covering the Jacob Nielson principles.
Test implementation, A/B tests and User Testing.
Test followup and output.
How can you improve every step of the process?
