Rod Milam

Rod is one of those rare employees who seems to know what to do before you even require that the task be completed. He is hard-working and creative. And of course, his voice is one of the best I've ever heard in my 20-plus years in the business.

I worked with Rod as a Business Technology Client Relationship Manager at UBS in the Equity Research department as a trainer for new computer software that was developed by the bank. Rod was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with many constituents including clients, employers and other professional organizations. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.

I hired Rod Milam to train staff members on our existing software, and to construct a new database that would better serve our clients. His insight and expertise far exceeded my expectations! Rod realized that Remedy Massage would continue to grow over the next several years and upgraded our software to allow us to successfully communicate with clients in our rapidly expanding marketplace. Rod led the BTE CRM team at UBS Americas. He was instrumental in training and rolling out our new Customer Relationship Management programme to all of UBS Investment Bank in the Americas region. The rollout included over 1500 users in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
