I am an Improvement & Performance Manager, with several years of experience in driving effective change in large and small organizations in collaboration with Senior Management. I enjoy taking the role of a facilitator and SME in performance-related matters to help organizations break down complex issues into defined problems. From there perform relevant measurements and analytics to identify bottlenecks and mitigate accordingly, then through the usage of performance indicators make sure improvements stick.
