Whether it was leading on a baseball field, in a classroom, on a job site, I have always felt the natural ability to inspire and lead others. In my undergrad at MTSU we are required to take the Dale Carnegie course, where we learned ample information how to influence others in a healthy way. Leading can be nerve racking and intimidating, feeling like you have to have all of the answers. Learning to lead the right way helps to curb some of those anxieties and I would love to help you learn the qualities of a great leader.
I have graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in accounting, and a minor in business administration. I am currently finishing my Masters of Accountancy at MTSU. I completed two internships while in undergrad. One in an accounts receivable role and the other in a tax/bookkeeping role. Since graduation, I have worked in private accounting at a financial advising firm and in public accounting at an audit/tax firm. I am certified in Quickbooks Online, and have used every form of quickbooks all the way to personal finance with Mint. I have studied Dave Ramsey and am completing my baby steps currently, so I can help with any personal finance/debt questions. I have a wide variety of accounting, bookkeeping, business, and personal finance knowledge and experience and want to use that to help others advance their businesses, and personal goals.
If you feel stuck in place or want to explore new career options I AM HERE TO HELP. I have done just about every job under the sun. I started working for a landscape supply company, worked my way onto a fencing crew, then into retail, followed that up with internships, and have landed two jobs in my accounting career. I have sat through every interview possible, created many resumes, and talked to every kind of boss and recruiter there is. I did all of this while completing my undergrad in accounting, and want to use all of the knowledge I gained from those experiences to help people feeling stuck, or struggling, to find that next open door.
