Raghu is the authority on Social Media Networking and has in depth knowledge and experience on the subject matter.

As a person he is genuine and warm with his subtle wit and humor. His film reviews and personal discussions reveal that he is great human being to know and relate with.

Raghu, as well all fondly call him, was one of my great managers early on in my career. Raghu has a laser sharp mind and memory of an elephant. I have known Raghu for slightly more than ten years now.

I got inducted into IT and HR almost a year before the internet boom bit the dust. Raghu was at the helm of affairs, recruiting people in droves. We had an internal team and we probably had no vendors, never used job sites, we had no weekends off, recruitment cost was probably the lowest in the industry, and we had the fun of our lives recruiting. The focus would always be on efforts and not results!!. Hell would break loose if somebody did not follow a process but he almost behaved like a monk when we had reversals in our results. Raghu used to drive the number relentlessly, created a sense of identity and pride, protected and motivated every one of us to give our best. Today, everyone of us who has worked under Raghu, atleast in excess of two dozen, have all done exceedingly well in our area of work. I think the time he took to teach and share the nuances of the trade helped us all.

Came the recession in 2001, and when there was a lot of time, Raghu went ahead and invested time in reinventing himself. He probably became the first HR person to clear the PMP exams and trained more than 75 technical people in Project Management!!!

For somebody who was well settled in life, in 2004, he surprised all of us deciding to start something on his own. He could have pursued recruitment consulting and been at peace with himself, Instead he ventured into Product development and pursued it with single minded devotion. I received the link on Waltz about a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the comprehensiveness of the package. Good Old Fundamentals, bundled with cutting Edge technology. I am sure this will help every practicing recruiter.

With the development of his products coming to a logical conclusion, I can smell of a new initiative from Raghu!!!

If you think of Passion, Raghu is a physical manifestation. Brimming and overflowing with new ideas, fired by exposure to several lateral interests, Raghu is a bundle of restless energy. In the process, he pushes himself and his teams beyond comfort zones and perceived competence zones to explore and materialise what may initially seem impossible. Raghu is brilliantly creative, and this coupled with his energy and unstinting attention to detail, makes him a very powerful force, aptly supported by his physical presence.
