MenuWhat is the optimum strategy needed to sell $150,000 of restaurant vouchers to a large corporation?
I know the best way is to make them see that taking on the restaurant vouchers from me can have wide ranging benefits for them both monetarily and non-monetarily, but I need help to come up with a complete strategy of how to package the restaurant vouchers in order to make it irresistible for them to purchase it from me!

What kind of vouchers are you offering?
Often, the secret you discover is disturbingly simple. It is something basic to every business that I call the “optimal selling strategy.” By that, I mean the fundamental things you have to know to make a profitable sale: where to advertise, how much to spend on advertising, how to position your product in terms of the competition, how to price it, what kind of guarantee to give, etc. In a nutshell, understanding the optimal selling strategy means understanding how to acquire a customer for a reasonable cost. Until you get that working, the future of your business is uncertain. You are running your business scared, because you sense, deep down inside, that you do not really “get it.”

Could someone suggest marketing strategy for a small pub/restaurant in a winter resort in Austria...Thank you
Any time I've done work in a resort area, our success has always depended upon string relationships with the actual resorts. Have you begun any sort of grass roots work at this point? Started to form relationships with those resorts without significant food and beverage outlets? Feel free to arrange for a call if you'd like to discuss more details.JS

What are the best ways to attract restauranteurs to a lease/opportunity?
Here are two things I might try if I were in your position: 1) One idea might be to partner with a chef and host a "open house". Send the invitations out to owners of other restaurants that are doing well (pitch it as an expansion opportunity), and also commercial real estate agents. 2) Reach out to your local restaurant associations, offering to host an event. Hope this helps!RP

Should we sell our services prior to launching?
It's hard to tell from your question what you have / don't have. Do you have an MVP? Do you have people using the 'discovery tool' yet? It will be hard to get any restaurant to pay you anything unless you have a deployed MVP already. You'll need to show them actual data of the value of your tool. To do that you need people to be using it to find restaurants. So put restaurants into your tool without the restaurants necessarily paying anything for the listing. Once you have traffic you can start charging the restaurants for certain features. That doesn't mean you should wait until your MVP is done before talking to restaurants though. To develop your MVP you should be visiting restaurants and talking to them about whether the features you're currently working on would be something they're actually interested in, and ask them open ended questions that may bring up ideas that you hadn't even thought of. If you'd like more specific advice on the types of questions to ask, or what the restaurants might want to see in terms of MVP data, or general MVP development help, let me know, best, LeeLV
