Clarity: Finding the purpose

Andrew Mez, MBA - Client Experience (CEM & CX) and Revenue Growth Driver, Head of CX; Revenue and ROI Driver answered:

I have also had a similar conversation with myself that was able to enlighten me on what my purpose is.

The place to start is to think about what makes you happy. Think about specific people, places, ideas, things that you do or want to do that will make you happy.

The second thing is to plan on how to "try" these things and ensure that they are what truly makes you happy. In the trying process, you will learn other things that may not relate at all that make you even more happy and energized.

Lastly, do what you love and the money will come. No matter what it is, there is always some opportunity to make a decent living.

Love diving into the ocean to explore coral reefs? Become a licensed diver and take tours of people to see the reefs.

Enjoy hiking nature trails? Become a trail guide, nature preservationist, biologist, etc. The sky is the limit.

We can set up a call and talk more in detail about what works for you and where you should start.
