The USPS offers delivery service internationally for a reasonable price. Also, ground shipping for places that you can do that with will be much cheaper. Of course a business account will help to lower fees for international shipping outwards to customers. Call me for more suggestions. :)
Perceive you goodie bags as a gift of appreciation to your first-time customers who booked through your platform. I will go with the second path. I believe it will not be costly.
It is important to get the measurements accurate, so your gift can get sent using the right courier service and you get charged the correct amount. With gifts a common mistake customer make is measuring the item before they package it, which will not provide us or the courier with the correct measurements. Just in case there is a problem with gift along the way, it is always worth including a return address both on the outside and inside of your package. At the busier times of the year, such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, it can take slightly longer to arrive as the courier networks are stretched with the sheer volume of packages.

If you have international customers who speak other languages, response is lower when you speak to them in English. Solutions like Trustpilot handle that. How do I find the right tools/system/skillset to create the ideal customer experience for my fitness product/program?
I owned an SMB in the health & fitness space and spent several years running a SaaS/PaaS startup in the business productivity space. There are lots of WP developers out there, I'd start by looking at elance. Have you done mockups so the developer can accurately quote the work? It's worth a little design expense up front to make sure your vision is communicated clearly. I'd also make very certain that an off the shelf solution won't work. Zenplanner and Mindbodyonline are two cloud-based CRM/studio management solutions tailored for fitness businesses, I assume you've ruled those out. There are many generic SaaS CRM solutions out there as well so I'd really make sure that the "ideal" experience is really that much better than "good enough". I used MBOnline and it was not perfect but it certainly didn't hold back my business. I'd also recommend finding someone else in your space who has what you want for customer experience, and just ask what they use.
