MenuWhy is the bounce rate for a few particular campaigns on Facebook always one?
I am trying to run a few campaigns through social media and while I am getting good replies in terms of comments and messages, I am not sure why my bounce rate is always 1 with a session time of 0. I even tried going through the links that I am using to track on my side and even navigated through few pages and it still shows 1. I have already checked google analysis code and it is applied on all pages. I am really clueless at the moment.

Sounds like you don't have your tracking code set up correctly. I suggesting hiring someone who can spend an hour and take a look to see if you can get the tracking working properly and go from there.
Hi-
I would need access to your GA account to see what's going on in order to try an help. This is happening with all of your FB campaigns or some of them are showing normal metrics?
Best,
Keith
Try running Chrome + installing the Facebook Pixel Helper extension.
This will show you if your pixel is actually firing.
Sounds like one or more pixel may not be firing.
You can also fire a custom event for yourself, to debug your entire pixel flow.
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/audiences-api/pixel covers how to do this.

What is the best way to capture and track referrals directed from a landing page?
There are a few ways to track things automatically, but they get complicated: - referral program software - Give your referrers special URL's with parameters that identify them as the referrer (like http://url.com/?referrer=JohnDoe), then push that value into a hidden form field - Create a separate landing page for each referrer I'd keep things much simpler to start. Just tell your social club that there's a referral program in place, then add a form field on your signup process asking who referred the new customer. If John Doe knows that there's a program in place, when he refers someone, he's likely to tell them "make sure you say I referred you". When the new customer joins, they'll likely remember to enter "John Doe" as the referrer. It's not bullet proof, but it's an easy way to start.CD

What is the best timing in the new year to launch business marketing?
Hi there! In few words, the launch date does not matter a lot as long as you are following with a continuous marketing plan all the year. It is better to tune your lunch date according to your marketing campaign than connecting it to the seasonal event. The timing of your launch only matters if your website is already ranked or has a good authority associated to it. Launching a website is not like opening a local shop. The launch date is defined by the effectiveness of your marketing campaign. In other words, your question must be rephrased as: "When is the best time to launch my first marketing campaign for my newly created website?". In that case, you will need to describe in details what kind of website you have and how are you planning to market it. I would be able to give you a more accurate answer if you explain to me what kind of website are you planning to launch or what products mainly are you selling. Hope that helps!RZ

I have a facebook group with over 6000 members. It is a lot of admin-work. How can I make profit out of this group?
There are different ways that you can make a profit from a Facebook group. The key is to understand your audience and know what type of services/products they would be interested in. You can charge businesses or companies that are looking to target that specific audience a flat fee and post their products/services on their behalf. You can add affiliate links for products or services that are relevant to your audience and earn commissions on the sales/leads generated from those links. You can sell advertising on a CPC basis. Will using both Google Adwords Auto-Tagging AND Manual Tagging with UTM variables create any tracking problems in Google Analytics?
I've done a lot of complex analytics installations, usually cross-domain and including AdWords and manual tagging with conversion tracking of ecommerce transactions. The gclid by default will override the manual UTM values in Analytics so that is what you are looking for. If you are just grabbing the manual tags from the URL for your own purpose, this should be OK. However, if you at some point want to import conversions (say) connected to your manual tag, then you would want to enable UTM overriding the gclid: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033981?hl=en. Do you have AdWords and Analytics accounts linked? Where and how are you tracking commerce conversions, if you are? Do you feel you are getting the insights you need from your current custom reporting? Let me know if I can help with a call about those or further optimization of your analytics capture. What should I do to have my first client on Clarity.fm?
I started on Clarity just by answering questions last summer. I used to love Quora but really disagreed with a number of changes they made and so when Clarity launched answers, I started answering questions. I'm incredibly busy but let's face it: we all have extra time. We spend it looking at our phones, on Facebook, socializing with friends, whatever way each person does it, we all spend time on non mission critical stuff. Because I genuinely enjoy helping others, I treated Quora as a way of relaxing the same way others would read news sites or blogs. And so I switched all that time to Clarity by answering questions. I don't recall the exact specifics but by providing real answers (not just, "call me, I can help you), I had my first call request within about a month of my first answer. And I got a nice review. And some more questions answered, and a couple more calls, and a couple more reviews. And from that point, the call volume increased. Simultaneously, I started referring all "can I pick your brain" requests on LinkedIn and email to my Clarity account. And so some calls initiated that way. More reviews. Now, a year later, I have done over 200 calls, with the majority of it inbound from Clarity. Take it from me, if you make the time, and provide genuine help to people, you will get rewarded for it. But like anything in life, if you're not willing to invest the time and resources, you're unlikely to see any return.TW
