Question
Our customers (US debt holders) approach us occasionally for advise on how to refinance their home loans. We are not an originator ourselves. I would like to have a single individual, ideally, we could pass our customers to for help sourcing the right options and, if appropriate, going through the refi process. All thoughts welcome.
