Question
I've looked at Vanilla Forums, Buddypress and IPBoard and I'm not sure what would be the best one to use. I've got a fairly significant user base on FB and would like to get them involved on the forum with least hassle as possible. But also want something that has a fresh look. Any suggestions?

Moot has had lots of good reviews. I have not personally used it, but it would appear that it meets most of your requirements. Your mileage may vary.
