Angel Investors are a somewhat close community, so the word will spread if you get it out there. Apply to present at events like these:
1) NY Tech Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/ny-tech/). They usually have around 800 people, some of whom are Angels.
2) Keiretsu Forum (http://www.keiretsuforum.com/)
3) Gathering of Angels (http://www.gatheringofangels.com/)
4) North Bay Angels (http://www.northbayangels.com/)
etc.
