MenuGardening seed packaging: Can I purchase & personally package seeds without conflicting with any agricultural regulations?
I've been searching high & low to find a company that will white label individually packaged seeds--like what you would find at a normal gardening store.
These packages usually range in price from $1 to $4 depending on the seeds.

I have been involved in agriculture for over 30 years. The answer, like so many things is: it depends. Most states, but not all, regulate seed wholesalers and require a license. The licensing requirements vary from state to state-some are rigorous, others are like a library card. As to finding a white label company-you might be able to get one of the large established retail seed wholesalers to package your product for you. Or you might be able to find a company that packages food and they could convert part of their line to accommodate your requirements. If you would like to follow up, let me know.

Has anyone made a search on why Ghanaian youth are not into Agriculture?
The participation of the youth in agriculture with the introduction of the program by the government of Ghana known as “YOUTH IN AGRICULTURE” has been very low largely because the sector has not been made attractive to risk, cost, inefficacy and its labor intensive to nature.CN

What would your advice be for someone looking to start a packaging marketplace?
Here are the two main business models for B2B marketplaces. Commission based model The first business model is probably the most popular one as it adapts to almost all industries. This model consists of charging commissions on all transactions happening on the marketplace. The operators defines a percentage that he will withdraw on the amount of each order. This model is used by many famous B2B marketplaces such as Alibaba or Fiverr. As mentioned earlier, this model can be adapted to almost all industries. Nevertheless, it will be risky to apply this model to industries with very low margins. The choice of the percentage is highly important in order to attract enough sellers on your platform. Sellers will only be attracted by your platform if they are sure that it will be profitable for them. Subscription based model Charging subscription fees (either monthly, yearly, or any other duration) is the second option for B2B marketplaces. This option will be highly appreciated by sellers planning on making a high business volume on the platform and will motivate them to add more products and animate the platform. In addition, this model allows the operator to define several offers in order to give a wider choice to sellers. For example, the operator could define three offers: a free offer allowing only ten products on the marketplace, a basic offer at $50/month to add 100 products and a premium offer more expensive with unlimited access to the features. That way, sellers can choose how they want to use the platform and pay the right amount. Labelcorner is an example of a fashion B2B marketplace based on this model. Finally, as you can see on the example below, it is obviously possible to design a model using both commissions and subscriptions. The mixed model will allow the operator to define a wide range of offers (from high subscription fees with low commissions to low subscription with high commissions) in order to satisfy all the sellers.AY

I am new to clarity I became an expert in 3 areas Plants &Gardening, Public Speaking ,and Networking. I am not getting any phone call requests yet.
Hey - as both one of the people behind Clarity, and a very active Clarity expert, I can give you a really simple step that will help a ton. There are other great suggestions in this thread - but this one will help get things moving the fastest. Go to: https://clarity.fm/settings/expert/vip-link - and setup your VIP link to allow free calls - and promote this to a few people you know will benefit from your advice (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and let them know you are willing to help for free. Do 3-5 calls like this so you get some reviews. This will boost your visibility on Clarity AND give people who see your profile confidence in booking a call with you. Like with most things - nobody wants to try something that's a total unknown - but with a few solid reviews you'll be well on your way. Then, promote yourself (using your regular link) where your audience is to supplement getting "found" on Clarity - and have a great time doing calls. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about this - more than happy to help.RR

Which innovative business models are out there to give staff a stake in the outcome of the organization?
Hi, giving farmers ownership, such as shares, in your business would only invite confusion as the level of business awareness is likely to vary among all the different parties. Instead, create a relationship whereby the farmers have a direct benefit tied to their sales to you such that they will always want to sell to you over others and they will want to direct potential customers to you. Essentially, some kind of volume bonus to the farmers akin to the volume rebate schemes often seen in B2B sales. If you hit certain goals, they get something extra. It gives them a stake in your business without all the complications of actually making them owners. Good luck and arrange a call if you'd like to discuss your situation further. DaveDC
