What would you recommend as an off-the-shelf solution for getting customer feedback on product?

I'm looking for an off-the-shelf type solution that I can use to get a small community of users together to get their feedback on key areas of development of our online product. I'd like to have forum capacity, up/down voting, feature suggestions and ability to comment on UI designs.

I don't want to build out a solution for this, but hoping for a SAAS product that could help with this.
