The right answer is that just like dev is a learned, professional skill, so is the business stuff. You can get some skills training from places like www.TeamTreehouse.com - and I would recommend that you do so - but just like you wouldn't want a developer who has never developed anything writing your code, you don't want someone who doesn't know anything about planning and running your business doing that, either.
These all fall within the scope of human resources. There are some good organizations like SHRM that help with tips and tricks for effective and efficient management.
If you have an office manager or internal HR staff they should stay up to speed through continuing education and daily research of trends. If you don't, hire a support organization that can provide that info and be your arms-length resource.
Try to outsource some of the tasks and use virtual assistants for general and time consuming tasks. There is lot of free workforce willing to work couple hours / week which could save you not only time, but also some headache.
When it comes to budgeting inside of your business, it is important you talk to someone who knows what they are doing. I would recommend hiring someone who is skilled in budgeting such as an outsource CFO... or a shameless plug for myself! Regardless, having a great financial team is important, because if you run out of money, then you will have other issues.
If you can afford a CFO, at least talk to them to get your budget in place and it will give you time to work on the business. Having a very skilled Bookkeeper is important to track your financial records and get a great CPA. Make sure they are great communicators, because many will not wave red flags if your business is in financial danger.
Budgeting is my field of expertise and I have many resources and quick tips that can get you up to speed with managing your money. Feel free to reach out!
Wish you much success in your business!
These the entire fall inside the extent of HR. There are a few decent associations like SHRM that assist with tips and deceives for viable and effective administration.
Assuming you have an office supervisor or inside HR staff they should keep awake to speed through proceeding with training and day-by-day examination of patterns. On the off chance that you don't, recruit a help association that can give that information and is your a safe distance asset.
Regarding the business and all its roles and recurring tasks...
1. get it out of the brain into an org chart
2. for each role, get clear on the cadence for each role (what to do and how often), which builds a master checklist. I do have a video on this, so its clear.
I used this in tandem with some other playbook apps, that allowed for companies to be ranked in the top productivity by employee, as well as freedom. Hope this supports.

What's the appropriate way to hold professional training in the United States?
I have been involved in C-Level positions in the global trade shows and conferences industry for over 20 years. Planners like myself are very involved with convention centers of all levels and sizes and locations, hotels and smaller venues, in order to place and launch events there. There are literally 850+ line items on our internal project management sheet and timeline. Questions that we would ask a company like yours include: 1) What markets do you want to approach? 2) Who will be your target audience? 3) Will a Tier 2 or Tier 3 city be the better location? 4) Who is in your current network? 5) Do you prefer a venue or pure conference center or hotel? 6) What is your budget and financial support to launch this program? 7) Who will handle your business in this market and be your contact and management group? Then there are the operational tasks, marketing, sales, networking with industry leaders, associations, media, multipliers, etc. These are just the very "tip of the iceberg" topics and 843+ more to go. :-) I don't mean to take the fun and your energy out of it, but I just want to be direct and upfront. Let me know if you want to schedule a call and discuss further. All the best, Dirk EbenerDE

What software would you recommend for online training course reservation system?
There's a couple things to take into consideration. Do you want to host the software yourself? If not, look into ticketing solutions like EventBrite or similar. If you're willing to host it, there's a ton of really good solutions available as plugins for WordPress. I work for Modern Tribe, and we make one called Events Calendar Pro which you could use with EDDTickets or WooTickets to easily make this type of website very, very quickly and easily.CC

Should I take a business course or just focus on my business?
There are a lot of great resources about running a business on trusted sites like Inc.com, the Small Business Administration, and countless (countless) other advisors and experts publishing their advice for free. Additionally, udemy.com is PACKED with fantastic content available for $19 per course if you sign up on one of their deals. Another source of information is to approach a business mentor, someone who has "been there, done that" and made all the mistakes along the way. I have a blog post that covers how to approach a mentor (LINK: ). Running a business is often made more complicated than it actually is. Find a need. Talk to prospective customers. Listen. Fill the need. Rise & repeat. I'm happy to help more, just reserve some time here on Clarity and we can get your well on your way to launching your first successful business. =) -ShaunSN

What is the best online training course registration and management software?
I've used a ton of different plugins and services to create and sell online courses, and here's the best combination I've found: WordPress + Gumroad + ProductPress 1. WordPress: You'll use WordPress to host your course content. I typically put each lesson in a new Page. 2. Gumroad: Use Gumroad to sell your course, handle payments, and to communicate with your customers. 3. ProductPress: the ProductPress plugin will allow you to connect your WordPress site and Gumroad account together. As soon as someone buys your course on Gumroad, they'll automatically be emailed login information for your WordPress site. It's only $39 (one-time fee). What are the best curricula/training vendor/marketing providers for a small consulting firm?
I am not sure if your courses are video-based, but I have had success with Udemy and Teachable. I teach WordPress and have 7 courses on Udemy right now. They pay instructors based on a percentage and also if the students are part of Udemy already or if you drive traffic to the course from your own internet marketing strategies. I help companies get their courses started on Udemy as well. Also, if you want to control the pricing structure a little more, check out Teachable. They are pretty good and as you requested, they take a small percentage. I hope this helps. BruceBC
