My latest start up has developed a great MVP to go to market with in the next two months, part of our future feature offerings will entail mobile payments. As i am the vision of the company and plan the product road map ahead, i would like to engage with someone whom have expert knowledge and experience on mobile payments. I need to make decisions around choosing the best payment platform, processor, legal and compliance structure, user support and all the pains that i have to plan for in advance.

Hi, I used to work in the corporate payments industry. What you're looking for is a 'Purchasing Card' with higher order data transmission (sometimes referred to as 'level 3.') Card issuers with this kind of technology usually offer it to large organizations and the 'what was purchased' data only appears if the merchant has integrated their checkout data.
