Olivia Raymer

During my time at BootsnAll, I was grateful for the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Olivia. Olivia's enthusiasm for her projects comes through in all she does; she works fast but smart, makes thoughtful decisions, and communicates across all levels of the company with tact and diplomacy.

Though she's extremely analytical, she's also very creative. She has an eye for design and imbues all of her projects with flawless style without compromising function. Olivia sets very high standards and gets results, but does so with great positive energy and a sense of humor.

Olivia consistently met or exceeded her assigned P&L responsibilities. What makes Olivia such a good marketer is her rare ability to work equally well with the creative and analytic side of online retail. Her promotion was due to her ability to successfully manage increased levels of responsibility and complexity.

As the Director of Marketing Olivia demonstrated a consistent ability to achieve her division goals. She had a long track record of hitting her quarterly sales numbers without ever loosing track expenses. She worked hard to get her projects always in on time and on budget. Her creative ways to find and understand new revenue channels directly contributed to the profitability of the company. Olivia maintained a laser focus toward achieving any assigned objectives. She was a tremendous asset to Paintball Online.

Olivia was hired to help us with production photo work and marketing creative. Her skills were outstanding and the quality/speed of her work impressed everyone on the team. Like all "A" players her drive and focus demonstrated that she was capable of more than what she was originally hired for. She pushed the company to explore new ideas in web marketing and introduced us to more sophisticated testing techniques to help us continue to grow. Olivia was the catalyst for much of the technological advances that our site developed during her tenure. Because of her continued contributions she quickly earned the promotion to Director of Marketing.
