I was a victim of violent crime and afterwards studied martial arts as part of my recovery. I have been studying for 25 years now with multiple black belts in different disciplines.
I incorporate my training in qigong as well as the philosophy and methods I have learned and used through my training to help overcome the many issues people struggle with including: Goal attainment, confronting fear, dealing with stress and anxiety.
