Neil does not shy away from discussions and group-thinking. A great team player, Neil is always involved in the conversation and his insights always add considerable value.

I was the editor-in-chief of an academic publication called Syndicus Magazine at Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario. We were fortunate enough to have Neil volunteer his graphic design and layout skills to several issues. Both his work ethic and work product were stellar during the course of Neil's participation.

Neil's skills with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign helped the magazine reach a higher standard of excellence. He met all deadlines and worked well independently and with others. Neil is a creative person who does not let his creativity interfere with the objectives of those he works for. Neil listened carefully to the goals of his colleagues and worked diligently to achieve them, while offering his own valuable suggestions at opportune times.
