In have spent in excess of 20 years working in industrial settings. My roles included responsibility for: leading teams; co-ordinating staff development; delivering training, mentorship and coaching to executives, teams and individual contributors; creating and employing systems for developing the people who bring and keep these operations alive.
My passion and curiosity led me to expand my skill set and knowledge base to provide tools, support and expertise at a deeper level, including the application of competencies, traits and other cutting edge approaches to coaching, development, succession and selection.
My efforts are now channeled through Partners for Performance, CareerFit Club and voluntary work at various incubators, professional associations and business chambers.
