Naman Srivastava, based in Bangalore, is currently the Head of Products at Bambrew since June 2019. Bambrew is a company that makes eco-friendly plates, straws and cutlery from bamboo shoots, sugarcane and seaweed. As product head, he spearheads product strategy, development, business development, marketing (branding and e-commerce growth) and customer experience. Prior to this, he was associated with Flipkart for over 4 years holding positions like Category Buying Manager - Fashion from January 2017 to March 2019 and Assistant Category Manager- Fashion from November 2014 to December 2016. Here, he was responsible for women's western clothing category. He analysed consumer buying patterns and was responsible for forecasting future sales trends (online), ensured targets were achieved in terms of units and revenue, maintained profitability of the category in terms of gross profit, category margin, product margin, sell thru achievement, increasing regional utilization among others.He also evaluated net promoter score(NOS) for the category, benchmarked competition, managed promotions and marketing campaigns for the category. he oversaw new tie up's, ventures wile negotiating commercial terms with them.Before this, he was Buying and Merchandising Manager - Kids Wear at Future group from July 2013 to September 2014. In this role, he was responsible for analysing stock inventory, negotiating and closing costing of merchandise, booking orders, planning season merchandise, regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discounts and analysing consumer buying patterns and predicting sales.
