A health executive with extensive experience in healthcare management, immunization services, emergency response & preparedness. Dr Al Safadi is currently working at at the World Health Organization Headquarters in Geneva. He has previously worked at both country and regional levels in more than a dozen Asian and African countries. His experience spans different public health settings such as NGO management as the Chief of Health at Qatar Red Crescent and academia as a health systems researcher at Harvard University.
Dr Mohammad is a medical doctor by training. He holds a Master’s in Global Health from Harvard University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Bath University and a Global Residency in Management & Economics from Tsinghua University in China.
