Mike is currently GM for post-acute care in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining NaviHealth, Mr. Viola was a founder at Accolade, a provider health engagement services for large self-insured employers. At Accolade, he held a variety of operational roles, most recently serving as Director of Client Experience. Previously, he held positions in Strategy and Finance with AmerisourceBergen, Commerce Bank and Sapient. Mr. Viola earned a B.S. in Economics from Princeton and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
