Michelle Tresemer Marketing Intelligence Enthusiast

Seattle, WA
With over 10 years of marketing experience for non-profits, educational institutions, and small/medium businesses, I have focused on helping businesses create comprehensive marketing plans using the best of new technology to streamline efforts. This might mean setting up ecommerce tracking using Google Analytics to analyze which social network is proving the most effective, or helping a non-profit optimize the Executive Director's blog to increase annual fund donations. I focus on data-driven marketing techniques to make sure time and money are not wasted on marketing efforts that do little to help the bottom line. I have a BA in Advertising, an MBA, and am Google Analytics certified. I look forward to meeting with you to talk through any strategy ideas or…

I don't know where I would be without Michelle's professionalism, knowledge, and guidance. Thanks to The Tresemer Group, my business website was up and running in no time, allowing me to attract the right kind of clientele and improve my business. I've received numerous compliments on the professionalism and ease of my website, and I attribute it all to Michelle and the Tresemer Group. My background is not in marketing or technology, but Michelle knew exactly what my business would need (via an online presence) to succeed. Material was presented to me in a way that I could understand, and I felt better equipped to make business decisions on my website and overall marketing campaigns. Michelle got me excited about social networking, marketing, and website design. She also valued my input, and would never question my final decision. Since working with the Tresemer Group my business has tripled. I completely trust Michelle's judgement, and appreciate all the valuable advice she's provided during the short time we've worked together. I look forward to a very long business relationship with Michelle and the Tresemer Group, and highly recommend her/them for your social media, marketing and online needs.

Michelle has a great eye for design and a wealth of knowledge and experience in marketing communications. She did a superb job of creating some marketing materials for our event and was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. The quality of her work was impressive, especially given the quick turnaround she was able to provide us with. What I especially appreciate is her willingness and ability to educate about best practice strategies and techniques in addition to producing a top-notch final product. If you are a nonprofit looking for graphic design work and/or any assistance in marketing communications I would highly recommend you give Michelle a call right now!

Three years ago Michelle Tresemer came to us with an awesome graphics portfolio. Southern Oregon Chinese Cultural Association (SOCCA) is the host for the traditional Chinese New Year celebration in Jacksonville Oregon. It is a major annual event with parade, shows and presentations in over a dozen of venue throughout the community. When Michelle offered to help, she took over the responsibility of designing our layouts for the events' posters, tickets, flyers and programs.

Within weeks we realized that she wasn't only just producing our graphics, we found her to be respectful of the Chinese history and culture, and also sensitive to the role and perspective that SOCCA played in the community. She became such an integral person within our partnership that she was nominated and was added to SOCCA's Board as Director of Publicity. We enjoyed her contribution blissfully for a couple of years until she left us for a job in Washington last year.

We were quite concerned as we began planning for the Year of the Rabbit (2011) celebration and was much relieved when she volunteered again. She communicated with us continually and provided our designs and re-designs from time-after-time of repeated edits and changes. From 450 miles away she designed and placed orders on our behalf for buttons, t-shirts and coffee mugs along with all our usual posters, tickets and programs. In addition to all her usual beautiful art, this year she did the layout of the best two full-page center-fold in the Jacksonville Review (a local gazette) that their editor had ever seen.

It is our privilege and pleasure to provide Michelle Tresemer with this personal reference. Michelle has been patient, selfless and unflaggingly loyal and we are sure that she will be a benefit to whomever and wherever she chooses to serve. We are unable to adequately acknowledge her contribution by mere words alone.

-Signed by the Board of Directors, SOCCA, Feburary 2011.

It is my pleasure to recommend Michelle Tresemer. I came to know Michelle when I was working with the Hearts and Vines Foundation and continued to work with her at The Chamber of Medford/Jackson County. Michelle distinguished herself by her incredible commitment to St. Mary’s School and its students.
Overall, Michelle is highly intelligent, thorough and has great marketing skills. During her role as the Director of Admission and Marketing at St. Mary’s School, Michelle demonstrated her ability to meet the needs and interests of the students, while building enrollment and engaging students as partners in the community.
Michelle set the tone and brand for all marketing for St. Mary’s School and was consistent in her abilities to market that brand and messaging.
Michelle was at her very best with the launch of the first Confucius Classroom in North America for high school students. She clearly promoted the importance of this new venture with China and that the Confucius Classroom provides unprecedented access to Chinese language studies, travel to China and friendship-building opportunities with Chinese students, teachers, and professors. It is with her efforts and marketing that this program is still thriving today.
Michelle is unquestionably an exceptional working professional.

I've known Michelle for many years as a tech-savvy, marketing professional at St Mary's School, the premier college preparatory school in the Rogue Valley. As a member of the family community, I've witnessed, and appreciated, how her efforts have improved the school's fundraising processes and presence in the community over the years.

I've also had the pleasure of working closely with her on the school auction, and several other charitable auctions in the valley for many years. I admire her work ethic, energy and, especially, how proactive she is at solving problems before they could possibly happen.

Michelle is very talented and I recommend her for any position that requires professionalism, excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving.

I had the opportunity to work with Michelle on a number of high-profile projects that advanced our school, including a re-branding campaign and the creation and launch of a new public website. Her ability to scope and manage projects is superior. She's one of those unique individuals who has the ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" while also thinking about and dealing with all the details that are key to the successful completion of a project. She is smart, professional, and a pleasure to work and collaborate with on projects. She is also an excellent multi-tasker who can handle the stress of multiple projects and deadlines. Additionally, she is very technologically savvy and masters the technology tools she needs and uses them efficiently and effectively.

Michelle worked with me on creating her budget for Admissions and Marketing. She was extremely conscientious during the budget process and also in expending her budget. She was organized, thoughtful and highly professional. Her requests of the business office were complete in detail and all purchasing protocols were followed.
Michelle was a joy to work with and made my job easier by complying with the business office procedures.
