After spending 20 years doing professional leadership and management roles, I have moved into the entrepreneurial space, and am planning to open my first boutique hotel next year. The other side of my work is business consultancy, mentoring and non-exec director roles, which I have been doing for a while now. I love helping people and organisations grow and success. I ran a mid-sized global education business for 10 years and I have done consultancy and director work in the hospitality, education, technology and professional services sectors, including work with some start ups.
