After spending 20 years doing professional leadership and management roles, I have moved into the entrepreneurial space, and am planning to open my first boutique hotel next year. The other side of my work is business consultancy, mentoring and non-exec director roles, which I have been doing for a while now. I love helping people and organisation grow and success.
