As Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Operations at Vercel, I built and led a high-performing team during a period of hyper-growth, increasing headcount from 120 to 520 FTEs in just 18 months. More recently, I led the selection and implementation of Greenhouse Recruiting for a contingent staffing firm.
