I'm a experienced mentor/coach and small teams leader with early training by the U.S.M.C. and decades of entrepreneurial leadership experience, I'm a voracious reader and thought leader. I edit and create original content for speeches, mission statements, value propositions, book reviews and corporate communications specializing on leadership, motivation, teamwork and future impact. I've prepared and given hundreds of pitches and speeches to diverse audiences and enjoy coaching and mentoring with people to identify their voice and craft their story in a way that is authentic engaging and impactful.

Mentorship and coaching are to a large extent based on your self talk during the critical decisions you make daily. It's all about your voice, and making sure that you're listening to the right you and expressing that to your team.

Leaders drive the course selection, provide the rationale and justification why people should care and define a new reality for the team and company.

The critical step and the most important thing a leader can do is to ask their team to care about the goal. To give of themselves in the fullest professional manner and maximize their effort in accomplishment of that mission.

A poorly defined goal told in an unconvincing manner leads to little buy-in by the team, and increases the risk that failure or mediocre results.

My area of expertise is helping professionals determine the goal, crystalize that into an engaging story that their team can care about and delivering that message content effectively across the organization.
