I have worked in multiple jobs in the Human Resource field. I worked for hiring and recruiting for over 2 years, meanwhile, I was working on my Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Right now, I'm working full-time at Florida Institute of Technology as the Employer Relations Coordinator. In my role, I set up and organize events with multiple employers, work on the marketing and advertising of different job opportunities for students and alumni, perform Career Counseling for students and alumni, and also perform some administrative work.
