I have worked in the Australian Specialty Coffee industry for over twelve years. I have run my own successful cafe and been a consultant for multiple specialty coffee shops. I have trained and worked with companies including one of the worlds best coffee roasters: The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark as well as high volume coffee shops in Australia and Canada.
My skills include:
- Providing equipment advice which will enable consistent beverage preparation.
- Talk through design ideas for the bar to create greater efficiency for faster service.
- Provide knowledge on the foundations of espresso preparation including dose, yield and time theory.
- Having operated and owned a cafe I have a wealth of experiences to draw from and can answer any questions or concerns related to cafes.
