I've owned 3 studios, currently I own 2 and plan to open 998 more (not joking). There are lots yoga studio business models out there, most are fundamentally broken. After over a decade in the trenches, I think I've built a better mousetrap. It's not rocket science. If you're willing to scrap what you're doing and start again, I can help you. It's easier and you spend most of your time working on yoga classes and programming (the fun stuff).

I'm a yoga teacher, trainer, and serial entrepreneur. My expertise is in client acquisition, sales funnels, direct marketing, good karma business practices, event marketing, traffic and conversions, and self-funded growth. I can find substantial opportunity in just about any business. I have 4 companies and 36 employees in 5 countries. It's more chaotic than glamorous, but I've learned a lot. Amazing how much value I got from just one 30 minute call. Lucas took the time to research my product before our call, was ready and on time, and really seemed to care about what I was working on. He was thoughtful with his questions and feedback. He even followed up with a summary after the call highlighting the key points of the conversation along with some bonus thoughts and suggestions.
