I lead a global program for the World Bank Group, that served 5million businesses in growing and developing. Continents covered were Africa, South-East Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Being from South Africa, and having consulted for multiple SMEs in Africa, this is where my first-hand experience and insights carries most weight.

I recruited teams for a 500 employee business in the UK, for a large development organisation in the US, and started up an award winning entry level jobs platform that transforms recruitment efficiency and effectiveness by SMEs.
