With his formal training in both science (Ph.D.) and business (MBA), Kyle played an indispensable role during XenoTech’s formative years (1995-1999). He wore several hats during the company’s early years: he worked in the lab and in QA/QC before devoting all his time to marketing and client relations. During his tenure he was a key member of XenoTech’s executive management team.
