It has been my pleasure to know and work with Khurt for many years through our connection with the training and development company, Landmark Education. Throughout our many joint pursuits in developing ourselves and others I have found Khurt to be a compassionate & committed leader. He is personable in every way, and someone that others follow not because they have to- but because they want to. For most people this trait is desired, but hard to achieve. For Khurt it comes naturally, with grace, ease, and affinity for all.

Although when he started Khürt did not know the technologies we were using at the time, he did a great job coming up to speed not only on the tools we were using but also on the tremendous amount of APIs and services we developed to run Bloomberg.com at the time. This would have been a daunting task for anyone and Khürt managed to jump right in and contribute. He was a solid asset to the team and contributed in a number of key projects.

Khurt's expertise in development and business continuity was an asset to projects we colaborated on at BMS. His skills enabled my project team to complete tasks ahead of schedule and to find quicker more efficient programming techniques for building our application.
Khurt is an easy going leader that knows how to motivate his team.

Khurt's understanding and knowledge of security architecture is phenomenal. Khurt has a great ability to think creatively and develop solutions that are ingenuitive and work very well within the bounds of the given infrastructure. Khurt understands the business aspect of security and develops solutions the enhance and drive towards the stated business goals.

Khurt succesfully supports the computer forensics team by managing home grown script tools. Khurt is always looking for ways to enhance current processes.

Khurt was my manager on the E-security SIM project at BMS. He is a meticulous person with great business skills and wonderful technical acumen. Under his able guidance the project was successfully completed, it turned out be a challenging experience for me.

Khurt is an outstanding manager who is able to guide projects that exceed his client’s expectations. His knowledge of system security enables him to build applications with an eye towards protecting the information that will be stored and viewed. Khurt worked on a project with one ofour high profile client on a PKI-Single sign on project and did a great job on the project. The client was very satisfied and we were able to complete the project within the allocated budget and time. I was very pleased of his work and would reommend him at any time.
