With over 2 decades across various senior roles, about a decade in M&A, and 6 years in the startup space, running accelerators and mentoring founders, based on my own experience as a SaaS founder, I am eager to share my knowledge and expertise with you.

Can you think of where to sell a coffee targeting runners outside of a website or running store? Looking for creative channels?

I've seen guys selling coffee at traffic lights and intersections. They weren't targeting runners (not sure why a runners are a target - maybe I have the wrong definition), they were targeting people stuck in traffic during peak hours.

How do new fintech loan companies get access to debt capital when they are pre-revenue?

It's very difficult to take out traditional bank debt without revenues. try angel investors who are willing to do SAFE notes or convertible debt. have a solid plan in place which shows how you will use the money to become revenue generating.
