Kat gave a Ton of Relevant information in a short amount of time, clarifying what I need to do, specifically, with references to sites and services I can implement immediately, to automate and expand our business. It was more like "MBA in an hour"! Just kidding, but it Did break down the key components for me to be able to digest What My business needs Now.

Kat was instrumental in turning "a bunch of people who did software consulting" into a sustainable business, an internationally recognized brand, and a tight-knit group of colleagues that truly cared for one another. She was often the glue that held us together, looking for those problems that were falling through the cracks. When she found those problems, she was tenacious and tremendous in addressing them.

There are some people in life who can handle about anything you throw at them. If I had a business in need of leadership, a brand in need of building, or even a planet invaded by aliens, Kat would be my first call.

For every startup, getting beyond the scrappy single-business-leader-does-it-all phase is a huge challenge. Creating and implementing process around functions like Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing is a key enabler to a startup’s second phase of growth. (And it is tedious and often thankless work.) Furthermore, finding just one person who can do all that, and is willing to join your startup, is often improbable if not impossible.

Kat is just that person. Her breadth and depth of experience in all of those functions made her an indispensable part of the Obtiva leadership team. Time after time Kat made sure we did things right and were setting the stage for our future success; and she made it look effortless (or at least way easier than it really was).

I learned a lot about startups from Kat and I would recommend that if you are ready to take your business to the next level, you look to Kat for advice and assistance.

Kat and I worked on Obtiva's leadership team together for over 3 years. The best way to describe Kat is that she is a *force*. She has a killer combination of dedication, hard work, and the ability to connect with people in a wide range of roles that makes her an indispensable corporate leader.

I feel very grateful for the time I had to spend with Kat. Kat has the ability to not just act like but be the visionary for your business, but unlike many that possess those skills she does it with deadly execution. Her fortitude and follow through with anything she takes on is uncompromisable.

I truly hope that I am able to work with Kat again someday. I feel confident with whatever I'm doing when she's on my side.

Kat is the most energetic and productive associate that I have ever worked with. Her organizational skills and focus on execution are second to none. I highly recommend Kat to any managerial position that can leverage her potential and benefit from her commitment to the success of the business.
