I proudly tell EVERYONE I come across that Kartik Mandaville started his web journey working as an intern in my company. He's now almost a celebrity and has achieved great things as an entrepreneur and a developer. Even when he started his work with us, and even when he had zero knowledge of PHP, Kartik literally finished the entire project on his own without any support from his teammates, which shows his great work ethic. I wish him good luck in life though I am pretty sure this guy will make his own luck. My prediction is that Kartik will be a millionaire by 2015. :)

Kartik's association with Let Me Know as a Tech Lead and later as a CTO was very fruitful for the company.

As a Tech Lead, Kartik worked on PHP, MySQL, Zend Framework and intelligently looked after technical operations of our web portal on a daily basis. He developed a new ‘Advertiser Opportunity Form’ which automated the content publishing process.

In addition, Kartik was instrumental in implementing enhanced UI features on the website which improved user experience and ensured both quantity and quality reach out to potential users of Let Me Know. He also helped us in hiring a Tech Intern and mentored him for two months.

I found Kartik to very diligent and professional in his work. He definitely has a long way to go in his career.
