I was extremely fortunate to work with Dr, Kanth. I have never met a man of his accord in my entire professional career. Someone who can handle extremes so coolly is fine, but someone who will imbibe and inculcate the art of handling extreme pressure/situations coolly in the minds of his team-mates/colleagues, is something to be mentioned about. I am writing a recommendation after a gap of almost 5 years of my association with Dr. Kanth. I still have the ideas, so fresh in my mind,I can confidently say he is one of those few individuals who can inspire and motivate their team-members to such an extent that there will be a direct reflection on the their performance in a very positive way.
