Personal growth(character development )and investment in people(mentoring and helping people see the leadership qualities in themselves)are my major life rungs.People matter to me .Character and self scrutiny -my major life’s priorities.Learning is a lifelong process for me.To me ,personal growth does not end;it’s lifelong process.
My diverse interests in reading,writing ,mentoring , singing, encouragement and counseling fosters my continual desire for personal growth ,scrutiny and prosocial motivation and not to lose out on the intrinsic motivation as well.I am confident that my multi-faceted expertise and invaluable skills I’ve garnered through the years would make me an immense asset to many organizations which aim to reach higher heights and I’m eager to contribute my skill sets to the achievement of the shared success .
