Volcano monitoring, hazard and risk assessments, safety reports, etc. If it has the potential to cause death and destruction and is part of the earth's processes, I've either studied it or I'd like to.

Competitive horse rider for 23+ years. Competed in the world's longest horse race in 2012 (Mongol Derby), and was on the Smith College equestrian team. High level show jumping, horse training, and riding instruction experience.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Jess for the past seven months. Jess is one-of-a-kind. Passionate, tenacious and vibrant. Her energy levels and willingness to always help are appreciated and refreshing. Yes it's a cliché, but Jess really does "think outside the box": how can I make this better... how can this be improved? Jess is outcomes and solutions focused, adding value to everything she touches and never hesitant to share knowledge and teach. A consummate professional and personable colleague who I hope to work with again.
