Had a fabulous call with Jenn. Her knowledge of user journeys and experience, in particular consumer based, emotional sites/apps is very apparent. Jenn is one of those rare people who really get it. Not only designing the digital experience to solve the real issues at hand, but with strong appreciation for the realities of staged roll-out given priorities and access to resources. I really enjoyed the call and would highly recommend Jenn to anyone looking at anything product.

As part of her time as an intern at Flickr, Jenn essentially took on the full responsibilities of a member of the product management team, where she functioned commendably in both a strategic and tactical role. She was placed in charge of a product integration with a large partner -- and independently developed the strategic goal for the partnership, carried out negotiations with the partner, then scoped, specified and supervised the building of the integration, and successfully carried it through to launch.

But even more important at Flickr, Jenn was also a _fun_ addition to the team.

Jenn would be an asset to any company that needs smart and fun people who actually "get" that whole "web thing."
