I advise local and multinational clients on the various aspects of tax disputes helping them improve their tax function and control tax disputes risks. I have also represented local and multinational clients in a broad range of complex tax audits tax disputes at the Tax Appeals Tribunal and in the successful resolution of complex and high value tax disputes through the Kenya Revenue Authority’s alternative dispute resolution mechanism. I have also advised clients on a broad range of other areas including transfer pricing; mergers & acquisitions; corporate restructurings and transaction structuring.
