I've been part of the crowdsourcing (microtask outsourcing) industry since before the word "crowdsource" was coined in 2006. I was part of the original team at Amazon responsible for launching the Mechanical Turk (http://www.mturk.com). I currently help businesses build crowdsourcing solutions to alleviate bottlenecks in their business processes, get more work done faster, and help them scale in a cost efficient manner.
