My career started in a consulting firm in a role focused on business development and legal matters.
Further down the line, I was offered a position with one of the top investment banks where I held various positions ranging from product development in the matters of taxation for ultra high net worth individuals to asset servicing. After a few years there, I have joined an investment firm focused on fund management with exposure to various asset classes.
Throughout my financial career I had the opportunity to create GAC Enterprises LTD, a consulting firm focused on helping small and mid-sized companies to further develop themselves. Our advisory services range from helping out founders to choose the best corporate structure and model their offering in the best way to attract investors up to general management consulting in various areas such as financial decisions, operations, technology and strategy.
Some of my top achievements:
- Built a product that generates upwards of half a million EUR in monthly revenue for a top tier bank.
- Supported various departments in streamlining and automating processes within a top tier bank.
- Advised the revamping of a 20+ years old consulting firm in order for it to be more in line with today's technologies and further optimized its revenue by analyzing its expenses and taxation profile.
- Automated, streamlined and improved the processes within an investment firms.
- Implemented various systems (Portfolio Management, Data Management, Investment Analysis, Reporting, Trading Connectivity System, etc.)
- Advised projects on improving costs charged on investment funds directly affecting the investors and on the asset management firm, thus leading to a few million USD in savings.
- Advised UK based start-ups (various industries) on fund raising strategies and business structure models.
