Heather worked as a graphic designer, web coder, and successful entrepreneur over the last two decades. In 2002, she launched MillerCox Design, a graphic design firm that provides publication design to nonprofits and federal agencies. In 2014, Heather launched the Tiny Little Web Shop, where she builds WordPress marketing-focused websites for businesses that sell services.
