The average monthly cash flow that i make here in California is about $2,700 per door. My students are about $2,000 per door nationwide. So, we know our hard number ($2k) per door we need 5 doors to make up for months we're not busy. Here's a "clout check" for ya! Check out this article on Fast Company
Start:

Save our cash flow for 3 months that's $6,000
Investment $3K per door
So, we're going to do $10k to make up for those months where is it fully booked there's going to be months where you're not fully booked in this game okay. Let's be honest if you're fully booked all the time you're crushing it and "I want to be your best friend" So, $10K/Mo. It's about $3K to get started with a rental okay.
We save up that six thousand dollars it's about three thousand dollars to get started with another rental so that's negative three thousand dollars okay. So, how many doors does that get us? Two additional doors...
So, now that we're at three doors already in month three. That's six thousand dollars per month we're already halfway there in the game! We're making six thousand dollars per month I'm pretty sure that can replace your income that quick.
1st Quarter:

Investment $3K per door
We saved up $18,000 for our cash flow machine that we saved up knowing that we have what it's three thousand dollars to get a rental how many more doors are we at now okay we got six more doors that means we're at nine doors then nine doors already and it's only six months i think we've exceeded our goal right times nine right we have six we have two thousand right we made 2k per door right i think that make it easier for us 2k per door.
