Getting and Keeping Customers
Created 10 years ago in Sales & Marketing / Growth Strategy

Keep more customers.
Spend less on getting new customers.
We don't do BIG DATA.
We use a low-tech method -- talking to customers -- coupled with proprietary high-tech tools to leverage the insight "High Tech, High Touch" for our modern world.
You will get more effective strategies for going to market because they will be researched and not based on conjecture or some expert's opinion.
You will keep more customers because the data, even the qualitative stuff, don't lie and we use a transparent process so that your people are engaged.
We guarantee a five percent increase in customer retention over six months after implementation.

I met George because of the Minerva Project, an organization he founded to bring non-profit and for-profit businesses together for mutual benefit. I was impressed with his vision and his ability to put that vision in to words and action.
Four years later, I had an idea for a product and found George again. His counsel and experience gave me information I needed to make some critical decisions, and helped clarify what steps I needed to take and in what order. I will absolutely return to him in the future.

Source: LinkedIn Christopher Starenko Feb 18, 2015George Moskoff not only took great care of my vision and my clients when he expertly interviewed them to help create my business 2.0, but his humor, optimism, and focus on serving the business by serving the community was something I have not seen elsewhere.
George really gets a vision-based approach to business and I highly recommend him if you want to have less urgency and more quality, less confusion and more community, less headache and more smile as you do the work you're here to do.
Get a conversation with him - it'll brighten your day and clear your head.
