My name is George Freeman, I'm from Boston MA and attended Newbury College from 2004-2009 with a Business Management degree. Since then i've built a career as a consultant with responsibilities that revolve around: relationship management, business development, business process, sales, marketing (inbound) and public speaking roles. These roles were with institutional financial brokers & companies (OANDA Corporation & OTA Irvine), top software & inbound marketing firms (HubSpot), network solutions innovators (AppNeta) and real estate brokerages (Key Realty Group, LLC Boston). I've been one of the top producers within all the companies i've worked with because I've identified and cultivated processes that can help identify the ideal/right fit customer for the product or service of my company and then follow through with an efficient process to close and then move on to the next potential customer.

I'm a former top performing small to medium sized business consultant at HubSpot from 2017-2018. With that role you learn from day one the basics to the complex parts of inbound marketing. Then you build relationships with hundreds of companies looking to grow better by implementing an inbound philosophy that encompasses their sales, marketing and services motions all under one house. Having alignment amongst those departments is the key, then taking an audit of current sales and marketing operations to see what is working and what is not follows to help get started. This approach helped these companies to have insight into their ideal customers and which channels help bring in customers allows those companies to effectively spend their efforts and tweak areas that need adjusting with closed loop reporting. With the average business seeing 2.5x more leads per month within one year and 70% of customers saw an increase in lead to customer conversion rate. I continue to maintain my Inbound marketing certifications and my current role is a part time consultant for a trading company where I help their offices run better implementing inbound concepts.
