My passion for business analysis began about 15 years ago when I realized that you will be left behind if we do not adapt to technology and strategize with efficiency and effectiveness. People are our biggest resource but enhancing the process and procedures that people operate in, allows for development of resources that can far exceed their foundational principles. Identifying improvement areas and being solution orientated is one of the skills I pride myself on. I have a range of skillsets and tasks that allowed me to work with financial budgeting, project management, customer liasoning to name a few
