Bob Gower is passionate about developing great organizations that change the world. An author, speaker, and consultant, Bob spent more than 15 years leading complex, creative projects across myriad sectors. Bob was Director of Design and Production at the SF Examiner and later worked on early digital presences for MSNBC, Elance, Newsweek, Discovery, and many other properties. After receiving his MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School, Bob managed products for Silicon Valley startups, including MaestroConference and Genius Inc. He’s currently an Agile Coach for Rally Software, where he specializes in enterprise-level Agile transformations. He's worked with Kaiser Permanente, Ford, Travelers, eBay and many other organizations.
